Are you an experienced ICabbi Dispatcher looking for a new opportunity? Look no further! Our taxi call centre is currently seeking full and part-time dispatchers to work on our given rota. All Candidates must speak Excellent English and have fast typing skills, as well as basic computer skills.
As an ICabbi dispatcher, you will be making and receiving inbound and outbound calls, booking taxis for customers every day. With the option to work 8, 10, or 12 hours a day. This is the perfect opportunity for those who have previous experience in dispatching on ICabbi. If you don't have a minimum of 3 years experience on ICabbi then please don't apply, but keep us in mind for future opportunities!
As an integral part of our taxi call centre, your job role will include answering inbound calls, making outbound calls and dealing with customer complaints. You will be responsible for providing quotations to customers, sending and monitoring emails, and delivering a high level of professional customer service at all times.
To ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction, you will need to allocate bookings to drivers within specific time frames and driver localities, and monitor drivers at all times. Your keen eye for detail will come in handy when correcting and helping your colleagues if you notice they are making a mistake. You will get to work closely with our current great, dedicated and professional team of ICabbi dispatchers in a friendly and polite work environment.
When it comes to running a taxi call centre, having staff with excellent customer service skills is crucial. It's not just about being polite and friendly on the phone, but a professional telephone manner is also a must. Dealing with different levels of people is important, particularly when customers are feeling stressed or frustrated.
Good planning and written communication skills are also vital, as is the ability to plan ahead and work well under pressure. - Our Flexible Working Scheme Allows Our Employees To Choose Their Own Days & Hours When They Are Working On Our Campaign, Which Gives Them The Flexibility Of Working When They Want & Having Days Off Whenever They Want Whilst They Are Working On Our Campaign. (Working Rota Will Be Set After Trial Shift & If Selected)
- Our Flexible Working Scheme Allows Our Employees To Work Remotely From Home, So That They Can Save Travelling Costs, Considering They Have A Minimum Internet Speed Of 30Mbps - 50Mbps, A Working Microphone & Speakers & A Generator Or UPS Just Incase Their Internet Connection Goes Down. (Which They Should Be Liable For)

For Instance In The Month That You Work, A Report Will Be Generated For The Hours You Have Queued In (When You Are Queued In Thats When You Can Only Take Or Receive Calls, In Other Words, Thats When You Are Working) Further To That Report Will Will Be (A Paused Reason Report) Now The Pause Reason Report Will Show You A Breakdown Of The Time That You Where On Pause, Which Could Be (Salah Break, Food Break Or A Toilet Break) & Further To That Report Will Be (A Device Connectivity Report) Now The Device Connectivity Report Will Be A Breakdown Of The Time Your Internet Connection Went Down (If You Haven't Got Backup). After Generating All These 3 Reports On The 1st Of Every Month, Your Salary Will Be Transparent. (You Won't Be Getting Paid For The Time, That You Were Not Queued In, Neither Will You Get Paid For The Time You Where On Break, Neither For The Time Your Internet Connection Was Down. You Will Only Get Paid For The Time That You Were Working & That Will Be For The Time You Were Queued In Minus Your Pause & Internet Down Time)

- The Daily Increment Bonus Scheme Allows You To Earn Between 1,000 PKR - 2,000 PKR Daily.
- The Monthly Increment Bonus Scheme Allows You To Earn Between 12,250 PKR - 24,00 PKR Monthly.
- The Daily & Monthly Increment Bonus Scheme Allows You To Earn Between 30,000 PKR - 55,000 PKR Extra Per Month.
- We Also Have A Punctuality Bonus Where The Dispatcher Will Get 5,000 PKR Per Month Extra If He/She Is On Time Daily Within The Month.
